Christine Kopec founded Avante Leadership with one core philosophy: Each person has the capacity to be a great leader even in anxious and uncertain times. She is committed to working with individuals who want to lead from their strengths, knowing how to care for themselves emotionally, mentally, physically, and spiritually so they can improve their leadership efforts and results.
Christine creates tailored learning engagements for onsite training programs, team building interactions and leadership team offsites or retreats. Avante’s Turn Up the H.E.A.T sessions encourage Highly-Engaged & Authentic Teams to achieve results based on authentic, interpersonal connections, and an abiding appreciation for others.

Christine holds a master’s degree in Transpersonal Psychology from Sofia University, a Business Administration degree from Drake University, and is a certified Transformative Coach. She also holds the Associate Certified Coach (ACC) distinction from the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
She likes to think that living at altitude (a “mile high” near Denver, Colorado) contributes to her life-altering perspectives and joy for living.
